Yes. As long as your printer is successfully paired with the app and connected to the internet, you can remotely monitor the print progress, adjust settings, pause, or stop the print job from your phone.
Do I need to register an account to use the app?

We recommend registering and logging in to unlock full features such as remote monitoring/control, print history syncing, and more. Some local functions are available without logging in.
Can I link multiple devices to one account?

Yes. You can add and switch between multiple 3D printers from the device details page, making it easier to manage all your devices in one place.
What should I do if my printer can’t connect to the app?

Please check the following:

(1) Whether your printer supports remote control via the app;
(2) Whether the printer firmware is up to date;
(3) Whether your router allows communication between devices on the same local network.
