Preparation and Safety First

Before you begin, ensure you are working in a well-ventilated area. It is crucial to wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses to protect your skin and eyes from both the uncured resin and the washing solution. 

Step 1: Place Model into the Cleaning Bucket
Place the printed model into the cleaning bucket filled with our resin washing solution.

Step 2: Start the Wash Cycle
Run the automatic wash cycle on your machine to remove any uncured resin from the model’s surface.

Step 3: Dry Your Model Thoroughly
After the wash cycle is complete, place the model on a clean, dry surface and allow it to air dry completely.

Step 4: Initiate the UV Curing Process
Once dry, place the model in the curing area of your station. Turn on the curing process to fully harden and stabilize the resin.

Step 5: Remove the Final Model
Take out the fully cleaned and cured model for final inspection or further finishing.
